THE DAILY ASSEMBLY
Muslims have been ordered by Allah to assemble five times a day on fixed times and durations of the day. Muslims 365 is an app for Muslims around the globe which provides updated prayer times in worldwide masajid and is the world's first app to introduce jamaat times, enabling users to navigate to the nearby masjid, verify & update jamaat time alongside other productive features.
Establishing the orderNamaz involves purification, walking, gathering, intending, meditating and listening in order to claim the rewards & benefits associated with the development of Salah. Offering prayers not only evokes a sense of duty and accomplishment; the broad, generic effects apply to both, the individual and the community.
Namaz has been mentioned multiple times in the Holy Quran and it is the primary pillar of Islam with regards to discipline and punctuality. It is mandatory for Muslim men to pray in masjid as it promotes brotherhood and teamwork. Allah has offered 27 times more sawab for praying with jamaat. On top of that, there’s more sawab for joining jamaat at first takbeer and even more for being in the first row.
On the path to being a better human, actions or deeds intended for long-term benefits result in never-ending blessings, just like a chain reaction. Abu Huraira (RadhiAllahu anhu) reported Allah’s Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: “He who called (people) to righteousness, there would be a reward (assured) for him like the rewards of those who adhered to it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect.” [Sahih Muslim – Book #034 – Hadith #6470] With Muslims 365, there is an opportunity to earn the reward, sawab e jariya.
Developing the habit Namaz is a lot more than just a ritual and the practice of consistently offering prayers right on time demands a lot of intent, commitment, attentiveness and faith. Namaz is a perfect solution to laziness, isolation, inaction and is a protection from sin, as mentioned in the Holy Quran: "And establish regular prayer, for prayer restrains from shameful and unjust deeds." Al-Quran (29:45) There are three ways through which we can develop and strengthen the habit of offering prayers, as suggested by Muslim scholars:
It is stated in the Holy Quran: “And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah ]”. Al-Quran (2:45) Namaz along with zakat is a practical way to improve the condition of the individuals and the society. May our Allah Help us be firm in our prayers and help us be what He wants us to be. May Allah choose us as His humble servants and Enable us to make the world a better place to live.
